Zumba® takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. It’s a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a huge dose of feel happy vibes!

Pilates is a total mind body workout that will strengthen your spine and train you to move with precision and control. The class will consist of a warm-up, standing balance section, mat exercises, stretches and a relaxing cool down. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances, improve posture, movement quality, mobility, flexibility, mental cognition, core strength, form and function in a non-intimidating, highly accessible and enjoyable way.
Classes run as a 6 or 7 week course, which should be paid in advance. You will find the course price under ‘class pass’ on my booking website at checkout. I realise that people cannot always commit to the full course, so if you know which dates you will be away, please contact me so we can arrange a personal package for you. If space is available, you are welcome to choose the pay & go option. The sessions currently run at the Village Hall in Stadhampton, Oxford.

Ideal for beginners or active older adults who are looking for a low intensity Zumba® class. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Hi, I’m Rebecca and I have a passion for movement, dance and fitness.
Growing up I was very sporty and took dance classes every week. My late teens and early twenties were spent rock climbing and skiing whilst travelling and working in different countries. My first teaching experience was working with an outdoor activity holiday company, where I helped to teach people to rock climb. During my late twenties, after completing a degree in Environmental Sciences, I found myself in an office job. I didn’t enjoy being sat at a desk all day and so after having my second child, I decided to become Zumba Instructor. A year later I completed my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Exercise to Music qualifications.
I have seen the positive difference you can make to someone’s life by helping them to become fitter and healthier, I decided to expand my fitness knowledge and trained in Fitness Pilates and then later qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
Having had children myself and experienced the changes that your body goes through in pregnancy and post birth, I wanted to help other women to train in pregnancy and also help regain their muscle strength post birth. This led me to qualify as a Pre and post-natal fitness trainer.
